We are an American company located in New York in the USA.

What do you mean by “ethically sourced”?

As you may be aware, there is a lot of conflict in the world when it comes to precious gems. We kept this in mind when sourcing our simulated diamonds, and investigated our suppliers in GREAT depth to ensure they get them from regions and sources with no conflict. All of our products are 100% ethically sourced and our manufactures pay a fair wage to their employees.  

How does shipping work?

Your order will be shipped via partnership with the USPS for the United States, Canada Post for Canada.

Your order will arrive in 5-13 business days on average. However, due to COVID-19, our customers are seeing volatile delivery times. Please do not hesitate to contact our support team if you are experiencing delays. We are happy to help!

Why are your prices so low? Are you a legit company?

It’s normal to be skeptical and we certainly don’t blame you, especially when society has been subtly programming us for years to spend a fortune on nice rings. Does your jewelry have a warranty?

Yes, Radiant Jewels Factory offers a Warranty on All of Our Products! To file a claim, reach out to our support team at support@radiantjewelsfactory.com with the subject line as “Warranty” and explain your inquiry in as much detail as possible. Any defect will result in a replacement free of charge

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes, we offer hassle free cancellations up to 24 hours after your purchase. Please send us a message at support@radiantjewelsfactory.com and we can help you process your cancellation. 

If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will cancel the order and issue an immediate refund. Otherwise, a return can be arranged but only after the item arrives to your destination shipping address.

What if I'm not satisfied with my product?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you aren't happy with your order, we will give you a full refund. Just shoot us an email at support@radiantjewelsfactory.com. We will then provide you with instructions on how to send your item back and provide you with a refund! Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition you received it in.
